Dear Sir/ Madam,

The Pf widhdrawl form was submitted with the EPFO, Laxmi Nagar office on 19th June

PF DL 19330/964

Receipt_no 19818248 for form 19 which is under process.

Receipt_no 19818249 for form 10c which is under process.

EPFO claims of clearing the application within 30 days of receiving the same, but till date have not received any amount in my saving account from EPFO. Claim is past due since 19th June 09

I checked the claim status on the website & couldn't belived what I saw... The response was "Your Claim is received on 06/07 and is being processed. Kindly Try after 30 days from Submission.

Sir request you please look into a matter and transfered my PF claim to my saving account as soon as possible.
