Bad service

Espected sir

My consumer no. is T30133 in the name of Ms Saakshy. It is bring to your kind notice that we are very much suffering due to bad services of the mentioned company. i am working woman and my mother is a BP and kidney patient so we used to book the gas through phone. Usually no one is there to pick up the phone. we have received the gas on 23rd august so we have booked the gas on 13/14 september. My mother has booked the gas on 13/14th September but when she was about to ask the booking no., the phone has been kept from the other side. Now she is telling that booking has been made on 26th September. we went many times to the agency but till date we have not received the cylinder nor any response.

My mother is a BP and kidney patient and I request you to look into the matter urgently. Now we also request you to arrange the next booking date without late delivery otherwise we will face problem in future.
