0120-2775209 is dead since one month

Dear Sir,

My phone no 0120-2775209 is dead since second week of Feb.

After making many complaint on exchange, I lodged written complaint on 21.2.09 at SDO office.

No action could be seen for a week.

Again I lodged compalint on 28th Feb. then I met SDO Mr Mathur, who assured to get the phone corrected.

The phone remained working for a day and again became dead.

On enquiring, it was told that the line wiring is open and its disturbed.

Now after making so many compalints since last 15 days, to Mr Mathur (SDO) we are not getting any response.

Phone is still dead.

I want the phone to be corrected permanently and exposed wiring should be covered immediately.

Also the rent of last two months should be reversed, and since the phone was out of order, hence there should be no call charges.

Look forward for action.
