Eakage of part on service and manufacturing defect in smoke exhauste

Dear sir,

i got my pulsar 180 serviced from paonta motors in paonta sahib distt. sirmour, himachal pradesh, i told them the problem of head light that its arrangement i not proper .but during adjustment they broked the part of light and told me that whole of the light will get changed.

moreover there is a manufacturing defect in frame of bike as told by the engineer of paonta motors, and the smoke exhauster of bike has a problem of leakage and it is disturbing the sound of bike...

so please look over my bike .the registration number of bike is HP17A 9016, and is purchased on 8oct.2008 ans is registered on the name of mr. ram prasad.
