Even after follow up of more than 3 months the problem is un solved by Philips

I am from Ahmedabad. The complaint was registereed with Philips customer care (!) on 7th June followed by frequent phone calls & e-mails with no results!

Every time they give false promises including their senoirs Mr. Asi Mulani, Mr. Rajesh & even their regional heads like Mr. Vinay Sinthre, Mr. Amar Jadhav, Mr. Saini, Ms. Trupti.

With out any personal interest, I request every body not to purchase any of the items from Philips as they are not providing after sales service & even they do not follow the commitments eventhough they sell their itmes at high price than other brands.
