Sample Flat Not Built

Guys

I am not really happy with this builder. I have booked a Flat 3 1 in Casabella, Sector- 82 Gurgaon, in lieu, of hope that I can see the Sample Flat and pay the remaining amount.

I have already paid 5lakhs a deposit and I have also send them letters to cancel my Flat.

I want my money back.. I do not have this much patience...

Lets get united and file a case against the builder to the Court
