OVER HEATING

Please note that I have given my Wagon R. LX with registration number DL2CAA6641 for routine service at your Ghazipur Serivce Station on 11.04.2009 under your Job Card No. JC09001166 dt.11.04.2009.

Next day I have noticed that the car is OVER HEATING and the same conveyed on Phone to your Engineer Mr. Raj Kumar and tell him that I am facing a problem of Overheating and I am stuck up on the road. He advised me to take a car for inspection. I have again handover my car for Running Repair under Job Card No. JC09001795 dt.16.4.09.

He advised me if the car Over Heat please plug out the Engine Fan Switich and direct the connection of the fan and have 2 liter bottle of water every time with you when the car got overheated please pour the water in the Radiator. I have contacted twice/thrice to Mr. Raj Kumar this problem but no concrete solution has come out.

Every day I am facing a problem of overheat. I am pouring 2/4 litter water in the Radiator to reach my works and home as well.

Because of this fault, I am not able to switch on the A/C of the Car in heavy summer season.

I need your immediate attention... to resolve the problem of over heating.
