Harassment - Regarding Personal Loan

Dear Mam/ Sir,

I have taken as personal loan of Rs 25000/- (A/c No 8187112 dated on 12.04.06) from Citi Financial & I have paid the whole amount in Poisor Branch still the Citi Financial people are harassing me saying that my installment are yet to be paid.

The behavior of the employees of Citi Financial has caused me a lot of inconvenience & stress.

I request you to please help me in these issues so that I can be relived. Hoping for a quick response.
