MARC 3 in 1 Wall Mix
Application against waranty

I purchased one MARC 3 in 1 Wall Mix socket from Mina Hardware & Paints, Kazidanga More, Bandel, Hooghly, Ph: 033-26314328, 9830598680 on 10.02.2011 nad fitted on 11.02.2011 by Sri Balam Karmajar, Plumber (Ph: 9831513839). It began to leak from 22.02.20011 and I lodge a complaint in Mina Hardware who forwarded the complaint to Company MARC (Ph: 033-22370793). The Service Engineer attended on 08.03.2011 and detected a leak at LEG and advised to change it and as it was in waranty period it would be changed by themselves. But as they didn't do so I again lodged a complaint and the Service Engineer attended on 10.06.2011 and detected same problem but denied to change the broken LEG inspite of covered by WARANTY period.
