Delayed Projects/False commitments

There Faridabad project we invested in 2006 was stated to complete by 2009 and Now they are informing us that this project is just started in 2009. They first lauched the project saying it will be in Sector 78 & suddenly changed to Sector 87 all the time they are changing from there commitments & telling if you want we can return your money with interest in 10 days...

In my personal opinion, Pleasse check financials of this company prior applying in any of there projects.

I don't know if I exit and if they delay giving my payments whether I can take any legal action against them.
