I've got an appointment letter from internet from the above & they told me to contact Mr. Lawrence Moore (officer in charge) in british council . i also mailed him to contact me on phone & also told him that i can't send him any money without having face to face discussion with him & without proving the truthness but he didn't response. is this totally fake or true?
