Dear Sir,

I am making this compalaint from Tamil Nadu, Trichirapalli (Dt) area contonment Trichy 620001, I have been your coustomer for the past 6 years and before this i was with other concern there i have been your coustamer for the past five years, but for the past few months the person who comes for pick up behaving very rudely with our staff, if we call them bit late they refuse to come for collection, but this we can not blame them because we do not know there situvation, if my staff goes in person for giving booking he use some disrespect words to my staff, i made a complaint to the agency person i do not want to mentioned the name, he behaves as if we do not have alternate i am giving this complaint not to distrube any person

If you have any direct office in trichy i can able to conduct them, i can able to continue the business, everday minimum two covers are there for bumbai
