Respected Mr. A.Ragavan,

Sub – Poor after Sale & Service of D.D. Motors, Mayapuri

I am writing this mail to you with the hope that you shall mitigate my misery at the hands of your Maruti officials here in D.D Motors Mayapuri in Delhi.

First let me take you through the events that lead me to a point of near frustration.

We live in a condominium called Janak Puri in New Delhi. I have taken two cars from same Dealer, D.D Motors Mayapuri; but Right now I am facing problem in My Swift Vxi which I had purchased in Feb 08. My car had an accident at my colony Gate & left door was badly damaged. I took my car at D.D Motors (Body Shop Mayapuri) on 12 March 08 & experts told me it has to be replaced.

There was no response from your service centre for more than a week.

On 24 Mar 08 I went to Body Shop but till it was not ready and I had to wait around 4hours; even after waiting so long I found that my front bumper was badly damaged from left site.

Secondly, my car door is not locking properly. Thirdly, poor quality paint was used by your dealer. And finally, they have made some modifications which had made shifting to back gear very hard and inconvenient. At times it seems to be hanged.

I have contacted many executives and managers in last two months but to no avail. One of the CCO, Ms. Jaspreet of DD Motors, Mayapuri, promised a call back with in half an hour and its over week now, no one has called back. I have also spoken to Mr. Kuldeep of D.D Motors Service Advisors & your customer care Manager Ms. Bhavana but she acted very irresponsibly. Mr Jeet Ram In charge of Body Shop was supposed to send mechanic to resolve the issue but instead of resolving, he started an arguments with me.
