Service is not good

This reg a complaint that i have purchased new vechicle.. (maruthi alto lxi) last five months ago... after a few months.. ive starting problem... in fact ive informed message to service station... they checked up... but again also iame having the same problem .. so i kindly requset you solve my problem...
