I had Purchased a new maruthi Alto LXi From popular motors kottarakkara (kollam Dist). I am not satisfied with the customer care department Because we paid the money for all accessories but they had given the duplicate only. They had charged the tufflon cotting And under cotting also but after two days the cotting is damaged several times i asked about this but they are posponding the matter i had complainted in your offices also but i dont get the proper reply from your side. So kindly Do the needfull to us.
