Tax evasion by owners

I want to inform the MCD officials that the owner of A-14, G.T.Karnal road industrial area Delhi - 110033 has sured in papers that his property located has been burnt in the 1984 riots and thus has not been paid any kind of property tax or levy to the government for the stated property after that incidence.

And for the last 10 years he has been earning more than Rs 1.50 lacks (rupees one lack fifty thousand) per month in the form of rent from 8 tenants to whom he has sub-leased the said premises of the above property which is totally illegal and further it is not in the knowledge of MCD .Thus the illegal process of TAX EVASION is taking place without any kind of information to any MCD officials for the last 10 years.

So by bringing the matter into your knowledge, i hereby request you to take a look into the matter seriously as it is serious offence of TAX EVASION for such a long period on the basis of hiding the facts from the government.

I just hope MCD official will take a look on this matter honestly.
