While i was driving in ghat section downward, suddenly my car break failed (maruthi esteem lxi) the vehicle is fitted with booster brake.

after some time peddling few times brakes started operating, i would be interested to know what could be the reason, suddenly break fail, what precautions i should take and what specific parts i should change

local mechanic informed me that, there is no problem? i am worried,

kindly any body kindly tell me techical reason
