Non delivery of refill

After 45 days of booking also they are not deliveing the refill. Every day when we called they are telling by today evening it will be deliverd but till date it was not deliverd. We told the gas got over by last week it self, after that also they are giving irresponsive answers. After many attempt only they are picking the calls, and they use to say to contact enq number which is usually switched off. With small kids and aged parents it is very very difficult to manage the family.

They told that it was billed 10 days back itself, bill is with delivery man. They are not giving the name of the person who attends the call, and they are not ready to give delivery boys mobile number also. I suspect that they are doing malpractice.
