This is one the worst experience i have had in chennai. I had booked for gas connection. They said there will be a inspection done. After a month i came to know from them, there was no inspection done. During which time Indane was giving double gas connections. Later when the was done, I'm told they cannot give double gas connection as there has been am order from Indian Oil for giving only single connection.By this time the owner Vijay Raghavan came out and started shouting at me as i enquired why they didnt do the inspection from last one month. This agency have woman working in it. The response to the customers is so bad. Its a disgrace that Indian Oil has given best dealer award to them. I want this to be taken up with Indian oil and the subject dealer be warned to treat customers better.
