Not delivering the subscribed magazine despite taking 100% advance

I have subscribed Champak for my daughter in the month of May'2009. This is a fortnightly magazine for kids but during last 4.5 months, I have got only five copies... that too most of them were delayed. In last 1.5 months I haven't received any copy. Loggin complain in the company's website also not resulted in anything.

I am really surprised with this kind of pathetic service and would never go for it in the future.
