Sir,

I had purchased a new maruthi Suzuki Alto LXI, chassis no 1204176, engine no 1240815, key no 2292 on 23/6/08 from popular vehicles and services ltd Kozhikode, kerala. Its Reg.no is KL11 AB 4796. I had done 1st service on 16/7/08 (1000km), 2nd service on 22/9/08 (2000 km), and 3rd service on 9/12/08 (10000km) 4th on 30/3/09 (150000km) and 5th on 8/6/09 (20000km).

From 2nd service onwards I repeatedly complained about the improper working of clutch and brake. On the 4th service they replaced some materials on the brake, but the problem of clutch remain still. On the next service, ie on 8/6/09 I agained complained about the clutch. Then they replaced the clutch and charged an amount of Rs.2000 for clutch overhaur and said that it could be refund later. But sofar as its not refunded.

Even though all these works are done the complaint still remains. So kindly go through the matter and rectify the defects and kindly take necessary steps to refund the amount credited on 8/6/09.
