Order not deliverer & money not reimbursed

I had ordered Flower delivery Order #100000834 (placed on February 13) through http://www.a1chennaiflowers.com/ for Valentine's day.

This order was not delivered till date (8-mar-12) and the amount is also not returned back.

I did an online payment of Rs.1010.

This is ABSOLUTE cheating. I had sent repeated emails to support@a1bangaloreflowers.com, Flowers.

No response yet.

WORST thing is that none of the contacts posted in the website or the ones in the email are reachable.

WILL this CONSUMER forum take appropriate action against such fraudulent firms.
