Not given tool kit

I took a swift vxi car from indus motors, kalamassery, ernakulam district, kerala in2006.till now i didn't get tool kit with my car... itz causing a big difficulty for me in need.several times while giving for services i have asked the dealers about tool kit of my car..that time they are promising that they will bring it to my house, but all these time they disappointed me... so please do the needfull... my vehicle reg no: KL 41-4368...
