Complaint against service manage

This is regarding complaint against maruthi dealer Indus motors which is located in Guruvayur-kerala.i gave my vehicle for 3rd free service that time i have requested to change my front mesh which i altered they said not able to change telling some excuses.i was ready to pay extra cost.but they wouldn't agree. so i gave to 3rd part workshop and they changed.after that i gave into dealer to do Teflon polish.next i been to Indus to take my car .they really spoiled my mesh.this is only one issue.if we ask to many people who ever took vehicle from Indus they will be having different queries.also they charged me 1st service which is not negligible.i didn't now they took cash for 1st service.after 10 month only i came know.this is what happening now a days if we not opening our mouth they will exploit us maximum.
