Abnormal delay in service

Sir.

Ihave purchased maruthiswift Regn. No. AP 28 CB 947 in july. My car suddenly stopped on 28.08.08. I called breakdown services of maruthi motor services and their team visited the spot and taken away the car to their workshop namly GEM motorers India Pvt Ltd plot No.506-B Raghavendra society,

Kondpur, Hyderabad 500084, andhra pradesh. Ihav completed the formalities on 29.08.08 and they told me that problem will be solved with in two/three days because of ramjan holidays. Afterwords they told me that parts required / replaced under warranty are not redily available in workshop and also in the city. Hence some more daly will take place and possibly deliver on monday i.e 0n 6.10.08. when equired personnally part yet recive and assured us nosooner the parts received we replace and deliver the vehicle. Toady they told me that after replaceing the part another problm identified it will take some more days. Already 12 days is over and they are informing that this is the rare problem kindly bear it. under these circumastance what have to do kindly advice me and help to resolve this problem
