Egarding tyres and problem with back susupension

I bought a car on last year which is maruthi swift LDI model from varun motors showroom vijayawada.i was experiencing lot of problems regarding back tyres due to unsuited suspension . i changed 2 pairs of tyres just for running 10, 000 km.i complianed several times for past one yr but they are unable to rectify the problem.i am a customer of ur company from the past 10 yrs .so provide me new set of tyres or else rectify the problem as early as possible.
