Maruthi udyog limited/ Alto lx car
Non fullfillment of promised accessories during the purchase of the vehicle

We have purchased one maruthi alto lx car on 22/12/07 from an authorised dealer named Popular vehicles and services limited - kottarakara branch. The chasis no. of the vehicle is MA3EYD81SO1085019 and the engine no. is F8DN3481169 AND THE TEMPORARY REGISTATION NO IS KL- 01-K-TEMP-4402.

During the purchase of the vehicle, the sales representative has promised us the following accessories.

1.seat cover

2.wheel cups

3.car perfume

4.left side rear view mirror.

after rigorous follow ups we received the seat cover on 17/01 and they are now not willing to give any of the other promised accessories saying that we have to ask the representatives for these things.

this is very stupid approach and we need to get the justice.

please register the same complaint and do the needful
