Unprofessional attitude and deficiency in service of a deale

I've purchased a new maruti Alto lxi model car from Sri Durga Automotives, Anantapur (AP State), on 09/010. And i took delivery on the same day. At the time of delivery the dealer has given me only the DELIVERY CERTIFICATE and the owner's manual and service booklet except these things none other documents like INVOICE, INSURANCE PAPERS, THE PAYMENT RECEIPTS, TEMPARARY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE etc., have not given to me. Even till today the dealer has not suplied these documents to me, inspite of several requests and demands. If any thing goes wrong wheter the dealer is responsible, or the inusrence company (Maruthi insurance company) is responsible or the Maruthi Udyog Ltd., is responsible?
