Poor Service

Hello all,

I had booked an i10 on 21st September and while I was promised delivery around Diwali, I am yet to receive the possession of the car.

Just to give you an example of the service given:

a) Once the initial booking amount was paid, for an entire week no communication with regard to the bank loan formalities. Reason given was that concerned person was on holiday.

B) Once the bank formaility was delayed I knew the car would be delayed. However I was hoping for some miracle but after numerous follow ups I was informed that the car has not yet left from their factory.

C) I am dealing with a salesperson called Jagdish Gupta. I kept following up with him for everything right from the bank formailities to date of delivery of the cheque to the final date of delivery. One fine day he told me " You irritate me so much with your follow-up". I was shocked with the kind of behaviour and I complained to the Manager though I dont know whether action was taken against this person.

D) When people visit their showroom, they make people wait for atleast 45 minutes giving execuses like sales meetings and dont even bother to offer tea or coffee.

E) My reason for frustration is not the delay but the way I have been treated. I felt humilated and wish I had booked Maruti.

I would request you to please note my complaint when U think of going to this dealer.

By the ways I was promised delivery of the car on 1st November but I dont think thats going to happen as well.
