Maruti 800, 1996
Complaint Against Berkley Automobiles, No Fair Deal

Sir,

We had booked a car (maruti-800, 1996) at Berkley True Value ;Plot no. 375, industrial area, Phase 1, Phone:0172-5004400 for Rs. 56000. I had given Rs. 6000 with cash reciept no. SC 3734 dated:16 december, as booking amount and they have promissed to get some necessary repairs, they are listed below as follows:

1) new wind sheet

2) bonet paint

3) axle change

4) touching

5) service

all above mentioned deal was committed by Bandana Manhas, sales executive

condition showed to us after repair:

axle & windsheet replaced from an old car ;service undone ; seemed to be having dents on a no. of places.

Now they are saying that either take the car as it is or the deal is finished &our 6000 Rs. are in vain.they have also said that we have delayed the deal therefore it stands no more but when we went to see the car it was not fully repaired as mentioned above.

We are having all the certificates and can send through scanning if needed.

What should be the suggetion for us can we go to the consumer court?

kindly take the action as soon as possible.
