Maruti 800
Battery wea, not getting charged or retaining charge

Respected Sir,

I bought one Maruti 800 in 2007 june ..its a standard vehicle..Now it has covered up to 4600kms... I used to start the car once in three days.. last day when i tired its not working, so with we pulled to the car to make it start and took to a near by workshop they tired to charge battery, but its not getting charge or retaining charge..they said the battery is not good in quality and its not a company product. we were forced to pull and make it start to take it back home..

MY QUESTION IS -WILL U GIVE COMPENSATION AS MY VEHICLE IS NOT OVER USED.? ITS CLEAR IF YOUU CHECK THE METER READINGS..NOT MORE THAN 5000 ANYHOW..THE FAULT IS ALSO NOT A MATTER OF WEAR AND TEAR WHICH IS EVIDENT... SO WHAT U HAVE TO SAY ON THIS MATTER..OR I WILL BE FORCED TO APPROACH OTHER WAYS

SIR IF YOU ARE CONCERNED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED ..SIR I HOPE YOU WIL CONSIDER MY COMPLAINT IN NO TIME
