Maruti 800 DX
Dealers refusal to service the ca

Sir

My father has a maruti 800 DX car. My mother visited the nearest maruti dealer in VIP Road Kolkata. But the dealer bluntly refused to service our car because it was bought from another dealer. The dealer was approached for a paid service. Since then i have dropped my idea of buying any maruti car. But please take the pain to convey this message to maruti honchos who think that they can run a company without a proper functional website which does not have any option to lodge any complain.
