I purchased Maruti 800 Uniq in August from M/s. Audi Motors, Sri Ganganagar (Rajasthan). Yesterday I went for 2nd free service. They took free service coupan and checked the car & told me to come in evening. In evening I went to collect my car, they had done nothing like service, didn't even washed the car and they create some problem in back brake leathers. I asked them what is this? They told its in every car and its manufacturing defect in this model. Second ceiling of car is not proper. I asked them again what is this? They again told me this is also manufacturing defect in this car. And they behave like animal to me. Can you tell me above these problems are really manufacturing defect or due to Audi service people engineers. I had filed this complaint on your toll free number also.
