Carelessness by authorised deale

I have done a service on (01-Nov) for my vehicle (KL-2 z 1521 Alto) in Popular Maruti - Quilon. They had charged Rs.3920 as service charges. But they have spoiled my central lock in the car. I had called them repeatedly, but there is no response. Previous time also similar things happened because of their carelessness. I had informed to Maruti also regarding this through mail. Till now no response from both of them. What to do further??
