Car steering not working properly

I have purchased maruti alto (L X) from VIPUL MOTORS, faridabad in 2006 dec. the steering of car is so tight, as we are driving any heavy vechicle. i have told so many times but they always says that i we loose it noise will produce. A.C is not iffective as it should be . and pickup of car goes down . and many more
