It is once again brought to your kind notice that your esteemed Maruti Company has not redressed my complaint i.e. Stearing change, Silencer change & rear shock absorvers within gurantee period of my car No. CH03M/1481 (True value purchased car last year) till now. You are requested to direct your well conversent engineer to attend the same. I shall feel obliged.
