Maruti Alto Lx - Car
Engine Complaint

Sir,

On 21st March I bought a Maruti Alto Lx car from the distributor, Indus motors Pvt. Ltd., Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. On 21st May my vehicle got a minor accident (skid from the road). After this minor accident, my vehicle maintained in the Indus Motors' Workshop at Murinjapalam, Thiruvananthapuram.

But after that incident, I experience so many problems for my car, especially related to engine. I think it is because of poor maintenance.

The problems are such that,

(i) engine Oil level decreases in a short period.

(ii) a white fume appeared on every first start/day.

(iii) engine pulling is very low

(iv) sometimes a foul smell.

(v) abnormal noise of engine

These things are many times brought to the attention of our dealer/service centre and they done the maintenance all the time (as per their version).

I spent thousands of Rupees and so many days for the same. But all are in vain.

On the whole, I'm not satisfied with our new (only 21 months old) car.

so, I would like to get a permanent solution now. So that I submitting this complaint and I am confident that you will notice all these things and do the needful at the earliest.
