Maruti alto lxi bs III ( with immobiliser)
Spark plug, cabin noise

I purchased a maruti alto lxi bs III with immobiliser in 2007 from karnal motors, kurukshetra, registration no. HR 07K 9495, CHASIS NO. 1003899, the car has run only 4368 kms.. till this day. since the very begining there was the problem of cabin noise which were rectified from time to time, since last week i was having starting problems, low pickup, viberations, and again cabin noise, on contacting the above said agency on 5th march i was told that the spark plugs were fused.how come this happen with a trusted name like maruti, moreover i was told that this can happen again, there was not even a word of assurence, let alone a warrenty. after the repair of yesterday, today on 6th march iam still having cabin noise.there is some structrual defect with the vehicle which needs to be examined by an expert engineer of the conpany. i need an explanation regarding fused spark plugs at such a premature milage of 4368 kms..if this kind of thing happans on highway at night who will be responsible, am i supposed to go to agency again and again and keep shelling my precious money for no fault of me. can u tell me when the company engineer is awailable at kurukshetra on my mobile 09466437353.or should i switch to some other car maker, or go to consumer forum
