MARUTI ALTO LXI
Non awarding of corporate discount of Rs.2500/-- by M/s T.R.Sawhney Motors, Saraswati Vihar, New Delhi

Sir,

It is submitted that I purchased a Maruti Alto LXi car No. DL 5C 9265 from M/s T.R.Sawhney Motors, Saraswati Vihar, New Delhi on 1.4.2009 and I made the entire payment on the same day and I was assured by the concerned Officer named as Mr. Kamal Nagpal, employed in the said showroom that he would return me Rs.2500/- as a Corporate Discount because I am employed in the High Court of Delhi, a Govt. organisation. But, till date, he has been befooling me either on one pretext or another and is not returning the amount in question. He is tarnishing the image and goodwill of the Maruti Company by his such shallow acts.

Kindly take necessary action against the above mentioned dealer and inform me at the earliest.
