Very Bad After Sales

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to inform you all that I purchased a fully loaded AStar from Vitesse - Worli Mumbai. Strangely the fully loaded model did not come with simple fittings like mud flaps and alloy wheels.

I paid an addition of Rs.300/- for the flaps and Rs.24, 000/- for the alloy wheels. The sales man also conned me for another Rs, 1750/- for the side rubber strips that cost Rs.300/- only in the market.

When enquired for xenon lights, I was told that it would cost 12, 000/- where the market price was 9, 000/-. The reason i decided to go ahead was cause they told me that I would not get any warranty if the same was fitted from a third party.

Finally after doing the payment and getting my vehicle. I got to learn that the lights fitted were the cheapest in the market and only cost Rs.6, 000/-. When I told the sales man Hardik about this he said that he would replace it with the 7000K Philips. He finally did it!! replace them. But the alignment was so bad that lights used to go haywire.

I sent the car to the company to do the alignment. When I got the car back the highbeam stopped working. Once again I sent the car back, this time I never heard back from them, till I sms'ed the sales man that I would find a complaint for a missing vehicle.

Instantly he called and said that I would get the vehicle the next day. Lets see... what next
