Harrasment of customers

This is to bring to your notice the notorious ways with which the Maruti Authorised service center- M/S D D Motors mayapuri has cheated me.

I gave my car to the service centre on dated 22-10-09 with window lock system not functional properly. The job was taken up by them bluffing with me by saying it will not come into warranty.i purchased car on 22 june from D D Motors. i Spoke to neetu, Rinki and so many customer care persons full day but unfortunately no one do a favour to do the job done. So please tell me where i put my case in consumer court or i send notice from advocate.

To add more - the actual fault was not rectified and the folowing additional problems were delivered with the car.

It is really unfortunate that the dealership has been bestowed to such irresponsible goons who are out there to rob the people and thereby bringing bad name to the company.

May I request you to look into the matter and do the needful. Suitable action against the service center will be a great help to the people.
