Poor Service - New car in showroom for last 1 week

Dear Sir,

We have taken car in the month of June. The delivery was already given late to us. We had done lot of followup to know the status of it. Finally, we got the car and during our first servicing we found out that there is some defect in gearbox. While taking reverse, it is creating a noise. We have requested to replace the defective part, but still from last one week we are just following and the status is unclear till date. It is very disheartening that after managing the expenses and taking car on loan, we are not able to use it when we require it specifically in rainy season. The car was taken from Automative Manufacturers, Nerul.
