Fuel charg billing

I am useing maruti auto card issed by citibank. The citibank card no 5546197600978005.On this card, I have taken petrol in my car twice from Indian oil petrol pump in Bhopal. I got the machin generated payment slip from th dealer. But it is surpriseing t o not that every time the 2.5%surcharg is billed, which is wrong. Please waive this, since this fuel surcrarge is exempted on filling of fuel in the vehicle from indian Oil pump.

Please do the needful immediatly & isse thr correct bill for payment.
