Dishonour of ref coupons

If the dealers are not entertaining the referrals coupons of maruti Auto card, then why are the referrals coupons sent to me? It is causing embarrssment to my friends and an insult to me. Please refer to the SX4 booking made by Mr G Balaraman at ABT Guindy, Chennai. I have alreay expressed my displeasure to Mr Venkatesh, Team Leader, ABT Guindy regarding this. I will refrain from further referrals till I hear from you.
