Maruti Auto Card
Retrived the AutoCard points, not possible at Jalan Distributor, Sealdah, Kolkata branch

Sir/Madam,

I have a Maruti Suzuki Auto Card since 06. I have more than 2000 Auto points in my card. I want to retrieve the points through Jalan Distributor, Sealdah section, Kolkata but failed to do it only because of, either Jalan Distributor or Auto Card dept. didn't want to solve the problem of Auto Card points retrieval machine.

Is this happened to me for about last 2 months. Every time Jalan personnel told me, we already complained to the Auto Card dept, they didn't repair it, when done we will call to back (today at 11:50 am, jalan personnel send me the same message).

Looking forward the best result.
