PROBLEM WITH BODY

I have my alto-LX on 27-12 bearing Registration No- AS-01-AF-7320 bought from Pallavi Motors, Guwahati. The complaints are:-

1. The break oil distributor got leakage and they had replaced and charged for the same in dealer (Pallavi Motors) instead of the car in Warranty Period.

2. The deskboard sound after repeated visit to the service centre could not be rectified.

3.The steering is so hard and the same after several complaints and visits could not be rectified. You will feel the pain while parking the vehicle in parking lot. But it is not that hard in my colleagues LX.

4. Body sound still continues.

i am really frustrated with the same and please let me know how to lodge complaints for the same in the consumer court.
