Dealer`s cheating

I have purchased Swift Dzire VXI Petrol on 15-2 from OneUP motors pvt. Ltd. Lucknow. Dealer suggested me to get my Rims replaced by Alloy wheels which will cost nearly Rs 19000/-.I consented and they replaced my Four Rims by alloy wheels. I had asked why stepney was not changed with alloy rim, they told me that only set of four alloy wheels are provided by Maruti company. On enquiry with other dealer they told me that Maruti provides a set of Five alloy wheels not of Four as was told by the said Dealer. This is cheating with the cutomer. I request Maruti Udyog Ltd. to stop such type of cheating by Dealers with their cutomers.
