I have purchased Swift Dzire VXI Petrol on 15-2 from OneUP motors pvt. Ltd. Lucknow. Dealer suggested me to get my Rims replaced by Alloy wheels which will cost nearly Rs 19000/-.I consented and they replaced my Four Rims by alloy wheels. I had asked why stepney was not changed with alloy rim, they told me that only set of four alloy wheels are provided by Maruti company. On enquiry with other dealer I came to knew that Maruti provides a set of Five alloy wheels not of Four as was told by the said Dealer. This is cheating a with the cutomer. I request Maruti Udyog Ltd. to stop such type of cheating by Dealers with their cutomers.
