Engine Spark plug oil leakage

Hi,

Its just like not even one year i got a new maruti800, and i am living in jodhpur, i gave my car for service and hence they gave me such a bad response, however i come to know that oil is getting out from spark plug, So asked them what exactly can be done, so guy dint gave the good response, and instead told me that its entirely your fault you must hve got your car serviced from somewhere else than maruti authorised service center, i told them even i hve bill from maruti, and i am your long lasting customer, and this is my second car from maruti, So i need somebody response who can immediately look into it, and do the needful as my car is in warranty period, So it would be great if you give me positive response Asap. My car no. Rj14 cc 8542. Please get back to me with some good positive response as i am worried coz nobody is giving me response from service center, just give me whats need to be done. Thanking you.
