I am a resident of KANPUR U.P. My CAR is the authorized dealer for Maruti. I own a ZEN AX 2000 model. In the month of Dec 08 I have sent my car to MY CAR for refurbishing, paid Rs. 25, 000. I have requested to replace the Lock & Door linings, for same I have been asked to deposit Rs. 1000 because these parts are not in stock. Although I have sent my car 3 times to MY CAR, every time my driver has to return with out any success. No one bothers to inform, however, few hours after servicing customer care will phone up for ranking & expects 8 or 9 points. I am thinking to go for a new car, I will never go for Maruti.
